Terms and conditions for using Money Club

By accessing and using Money Club ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Money Club is operated by Kurasika Labs ("we", "us", or "our") and is part of the Safely ecosystem of financial services.
Money Club provides a platform for organizing and managing rotating savings groups, also known as "tandas", "susus", or "chit funds".
Money Club charges a small service fee to maintain the platform and ensure security. All fees are disclosed upfront and agreed upon before joining a group.
Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment processors. Additional processing fees may apply as disclosed during transactions.
Refunds are handled according to our refund policy and may be subject to group agreement and dispute resolution procedures.
We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service.
Money Club facilitates group savings but does not guarantee the performance or reliability of individual group members.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses due to member default, market conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using Money Club, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
You may terminate your account at any time, subject to fulfilling existing group commitments. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
